| By joining SESDA you will be helping fund our activities
and help spread the word as widely as possible in our area.
We want to encourage Dyslexia Friendly Schools and support
teachers to do more training that will enable them to deal with dyslexia
in the classroom. We want to give parents as much information as possible
to help with dyslexia at home, support for homework and all other aspects
of home life.
In 2002 SESDA organised an Awareness Day for Teachers
and Classroom Assistants. It was a very successful day and we hope
to have another one soon.
